OP, a few cycles ago I did ED CLS with a 172/3.8 and got deferred. Got worried as heck and was regretting not applying ED to NYU or even Penn instead, but I felt A LOT better once I started getting into other schools + scholarships.

With your stats, you're gonna get into CLS and NYU most likely, especially with the drop in LSAT/GPA medians. Just relax and be patient. Don't ED anywhere.
