I'd like to know who the five are that voted for UCLA? (On the Duke waitlist?)

I voted Duke, but I think this is less of a slam dunk than some are saying. People don't seem to understand that when someone really prefers an area, "LA BigLaw", it is something to figure in your opinion, highly I'd say.

If in the same situation, if OP's COA for UCLA was near 80k, I'd take UCLA (assuming I had similar goals)

Maybe that's just me, but yeah.

That's not OPs situation. Sure if you knock off another 60,000 (bringing UCLA's COA to 80k), that would change everything. That's an entirely different question
