I can't fathom any possible personal circumstances which could compel me to attend law school instead of retaking the LSAT if I were in your shoes.

neither do I. but where is it, where do you live, and were do you want to practice? What are the stipulations on your scholarship?

If you go into public interest won't you be on the LRAP, which would make your debt manageable? If that's the case Berkeley may not be a bad option even at sticker?

I'm assuming you're out of state for Berkeley? If that is the case then I would take the full-ride plus stipend.
