Goals - Federal Government (I know this is not likely straight out of school) State govt is acceptable. Clerkship would be great also to start.
URM
Total COA
UGA -65K
Emory - 110K
Vandy 105K

Def. Vandy. 105k isn't totally unreasonable for a degree from there, and a 40k difference b/w it and UGA isn't significant enoguh considering how much better of a school Vandy is.

What kind of scholarship did Vandy offer to get you to that number? Is interest calculated into all this?
Also, with your numbers and URM boost I would be aiming much, much higher.

$35 x 3 = $105
I'm guessing that's not your actual question.
ETA: I am working under the assumption that OP is posting scholarships, not costs.

No, the scholarship I have from Vandy will leave me paying about 15 per year for tuition and minus a $5K summer stipend. So that is 40K + 65K living expenses = 105K.

So Vanderbilt offered you 95K? With that scholarship I think you're looking at closer to 110-115K plus interest that might push it closer to 130 or 140K. That's starting to get into "not worth it" territory in my opinion. Especially for a URM with your numbers. When did you apply to all these schools? And I'm assuming (hoping?) you blanketed the T14? I would think at the very least that Duke or UVA would bite. Hard.

Took December LSAT and applied in January. Waitlist at Northwestern and UVA.
In at Gtown (sticker so far). Still waiting for reply from H, NYU, P, M, D, C. Would love to get an offer from Duke but not even an admit so far.

I'm not exactly an expert here, but I would definitely wait to hear back from those other schools before making a decision if I were you.

Wait till your cycle plays out. You did apply late though...
Call me crazy, but I would want to get into better schools than Vandy as a URM.
