Best Law School for Practicing in Texas

What law school would be the best to attend if you have intentions on practicing in Texas? Would any t-14 schools be better than the University of Texas besides YHS?

I believe it partially depends on if the person in question has ties to Texas or not

If I had ties, I'd take Texas w/ $ over any but YSH at sticker.
