Thanks for the fantastic responses everyone. I will of course continue to negotiate and attend both ASWs, but I am leaning NYU for now and believe that I am thinking about this choice much more clearly than I was before. I have never really gone wrong listening to TLS wisdom on law school things (kept my GPA up, retook a 164, got some WE etc.) -- thanks again.
