Wash U or Emory at sticker or 40% tuition per year at Wake Forest guaranteed for all 3 years.

I find it strange that you got into Emory and only got 40% at Wake considering they are giving out money like craaazy this year. Negotiate.

WUSTL and Emory are worth nowhere near sticker.
