By the way, IF I went the route of "retake and reapply" for the 14-15 cycle, how should I handle my LOCs? I can get a legal internship and current employer one, but I think my school professor letter is going to expire at this point. (Its been turned in since 2010)

The correct answer remains

But if you "must" attend law school this fall (hint: you mustn't), then

2.0 from Nova isn't a bad deal. If you can get Temple to come down to that, go there. 50% at Penn State is a risky gamble.

Retake if you think there is any significant chance of upping your LSAT. 3.65/170, or even 3.65/168, would give you vastly better options.

If not, Villanova, since the debt will be low, the school doesn't totally suck, and you wouldn't mind working in Philly where you have ties.

So UW at sticker is probably a stupid choice even if I love the school. And UCI, even with the huge discount, is deemed worthless for most people because of its position in Cali's saturated market... and between Temple, PSU, and Villanova all at full scholarships (assuming I could convince Temple using the other two), Temple or PSU is the winner, or is it Villanova? I am most likely retaking anyway, just to see if I could get off of Georgetown's WL AND tackle a potential scholarship (if I could score above 170 which is my goal) - is that even possible?

Assuming roughly equal stips Temple is probably the winner of the three. Better chance of an "excellent" outcome and about equal chance of getting a lawyer job. If you get say "good standing" or similar at Penn State and then top 80% or whatever at Temple, I'd pick Temple and drop out after year one if I don't meet the stip. Top half is brutal and warrants reconsideration.

Definitely retake. Improving your LSAT by even 3 points would make a massive difference in your options.

I am biased, but given the scholarship you have to Irvine, definitely worth it. And biglaw is not precluded. We don't rank, but I do know what the curve is and I would be shocked if I am anything higher than top 25% and I landed a biglaw position. We also have excellent clerkship placements, strong bar passage rate with an albeit small sample size of one class and Irvine is just an generally pleasant law school experience, given it is law school.
