You would really need to decide what market you want to work in after graduation. DC is a tough market to crack, even from the vantage point of better schools in the region... whereas Temple is one of the stronger schools in the tri-state area (aside from, of course, Penn).
Neither degree is super transferable though, so you'll really want to think of where you want to wind up for what could be the rest of your career.

Both schools offer putrid job prospects. Your odds of getting a full time, permanent legal job from either is about fifty percent. If you have ties, maybe Temple if its cheap. Otherwise run from both schools. Retake and reapply.
