I am from CA and eventually would like to end up here, although the prospect of living somewhere else for a few years (even if it is spent mostly in a library) does sound enticing. The only school to offer my money so far is UT at 45,000 (15/year) but I just got into all of these schools (its been a good week) except Vandy so I'm hoping to be getting offers from these people soon. Also, as stated I'm a CA resident so I get in-state at UCLA which I like to think of a ~6,000 a year scholarship (not accurate, I know, but its good for the self esteem). My stats were 3.5 GPA, 170 LSAT. Any insight is much appreciated.

Wait for money form schools you haven't heard from. This thread is worthless without knowing $ amounts.
