While I agree with you that HLS and CLS are probably the two most corporate focused schools, this is still a stupid reason to pick a school. If OP choose CLS over SLS (both at sticker) because CLS "specializes" in corporate law, that would be dumb.
Something like this could only be useful when choosing between peer schools (like between HLS and SLS), and if that's the case, OP should've just made a thread asking about the two schools at questions and mentioning that (s)he is only interested in corporate law.
