Do you have work experience? Have you looked at Northwestern/Georgetown/UVA (depending on your GPA)?

Fairly evenly split so far. Anyone want to explain their reasoning for their vote? Thanks

I voted Maryland. You want to stay in Maryland. Maryland places decently into Baltimore and okay in the DC area. Both schools do offer sub-optimal outcomes but with Maryland you can afford taking shitlaw or something similar without a huge debt burden. You also won't have to become a Blues fan. That said, given your LSAT I'd say retaking isn't going to help anything, but, personally, I'd try to get some WE and apply to Northwestern next year or write LOCIs like crazy to get off UVA's or Georgetown's waitlists.

Edit: Game seven
