Brooklyn vs. Rutgers-Newark

Postby drpeppanrice » Fri Jan 20, 2012 12:41 pm

Which has better chance at biglaw? I don't care if NJ or Rutgers and let's pretend that i'm paying the same amount for both schools for the purpose of this question. Obviously biglaw is incredibly tough, but I would like to know my odds at either of these schools.

Thanks!

BigLaw at these schools? Probably not going to happen (90/10 against). But the price difference, contrary to your assertion, is what sets them apart.

Rutgers.

Agreed. You would have to pretend really hard for the cost of these schools to even be in the same neighborhood.
