I was wondering the very same thing. Better yet, who are the 3 schmucks that voted for it? Some geniuses looking for philly BigLaw, no doubt. lol.

And prestige aside, I could see Penn being here v. Columbia if someone was debt averse and Michigan wasn't an option. Otherwise Michigan and Penn are peers. Why pay an extra 30k/yr for negligible if any pretige bonus?
