Fordham Law sticker with commute from Long Island or Hofstra with 15k Scholarship and 5 minute drive

Fordham easily. The superior job placement more than outweighs the scholarship. And your commute shouldn't be considered as a factor. (In any event, LI to Fordham isn't bad ... LIRR to Penn and subway uptown.)

I really wouldn't do either. But if someone put a gun to my head told me to choose then Fordham easily.

TCR: First, leverage mo' money from Hofstra w/ Fordham acceptance. Second, with this increased scholarship, ask Fordham for some spare change.
Third, go to Fordham....actually go to Fordham either way.

Never hurts to try I guess, but I doubt Fordham will you give $$$ based on a small Hofstra scholly.

Any money from Cardozo? Rutgers? There must be some options between Hofstra and Fordham...
