Top Law Schools

I got into George Washington at sticker and Emory with 15K scholarship/year. I have an engineering background. My goal is to study IP. I would like to get some feedback from the board to decide which school is a better choice.

I picked GWU because Emory places mostly in Atl. I don't see a lot of IP happening there compared to DC, though I may be wrong. Both a good schools but I think GWU is 45K + COL better
