I don't know what I want to do at all, but I'm not naturally inclined to the concept of biglaw.

I have a dif thread on this but this includes a poll and the g-town offer.

Chicago would set you up with excellent options across the country. I've met some really impressive alums from there and tbh wish I had the stats.

I think GULC actually deserves about half of the hate it gets on this Forum so thats my thinking there. COngrats on the great options tho!

I dont know much about chicago's lrap, but if you dont want Biglaw or academia and you do want government or pi or something like that then that gtown offer looks pretty dang good. Personally id take Chicago for me but i dont really know your goals. No matter what they are though, gtown nearly debt free is a great choice

I'm facing a similar situation (less money at Chicago, full rides at UVA and NU) and am really torn; however, unless you have some specific goal that is well served by Georgetown, I think Chicago is probably what I would pick in your situation. The smaller class will give you better opportunities to work with professors and explore topics that interest you in more depth, and the placement prestige will potentially give you a substantial boost in getting into the top of whatever field you ultimately choose.

Bump: Need more opinions.

I think I'm leaning toward ignoring G-town for dif. in ranking.
