Depends at this point on how debt averse you are. Also, do you have WE? Since most folks at NU do, if you don't, it could be a slight drawback.

I have 2 yrs of startup work experience...i would say i am relatively debt adverse, but am willing to make the right investments if needed to. Can't decide if going to Penn has a bigger advantage over NU or is worth the extra 45k.

Basically its up to 45K with compounded interest vs. somewhat better chances at biglaw or whatever placement in NYC. Hard to say, man.

Don't base it on scholarships, but rather what would your debt be at graduation. Different schools in different regions will cost different amounts based on location and COL. Figure that out and you'll be able to see how much each will cost.

With COL scholarship difference is negligible (about 15k thereabouts), if you wanna go NYC I would vote UPENN for proximity and ranking although easy to get from either.
