The title says it all, no scholarship info from Maryland as of yet. I'm not in state for NJ, but I understand it's extremely easy to get in state status for rutgers even in the 1st year.

Go to Rutgers---if you rent an apartment in NJ your first year you get automatic instate tuition. 13k for a good school in a non crowded market with small class sizes=win
