Re: Which would you pick?
I do it for the lulzballboy899 wrote:I'm from NJ and have some minor connections in the new york/long island area so that is why I am leaning towards Hofstra.retake the LSAT
I won't be getting any help in paying for school and will most likely be financing all with loans which is why this is a hard choice for me
I have a 15k/yr scholly from Hofstra with a top 40% stip.
I have no money from Miami so I have pretty much ruled them out because it will be just too much money to put up..especially with their huge slide in rankings today..kind of has me worried some
No money from Stetson either..I just figured if I would choose a school for full price in Florida, it would be Miami over Stetson..but I doubt it will be either
I'm waiting to hear about a scholarship to Southwestern..I would love to end up in California and I am in the 2 year program there so a little money could help me decide to go there
Nebraska is a total different scenery than any of those other schools but they do have arguably the best economy in the country right now, but I would be paying out of state tuition
Any help would be really appreciated!
and I know some will say, but I would prefer if you just chose from the options above. Thanks!

I wouldn't recommend Hofstra if you're taking on any debt. There are just too many competing schools in the area, so unless your minor connections can guarantee you a job, you should probably nix that one. Go Huskers!

Pick a Rutgers (hopefully with $) or re-take. If you didn't get into either definitely re-take.ballboy899 wrote:I'm from NJ

Sorry, but as everyone is going to say, you have to retake, if you care about your future. Otherwise, take Nebraska, least worst of some awful options.

I won't tell you to retake. If I were in your shoes, I would find a different career path and start making money. If I still wanted to be a lawyer in 3-4 years, then I would consider retaking the LSAT.

paratactical wins for most reasonable option to take.

It's the option I took when I bombed my LSAT.dissonance1848 wrote:paratactical wins for most reasonable option to take.

These options are all pretty terrible honestly but if retaking isn't an option and you are deadset on going no matter what we tell you then I guess Nebraska.
