Could anyone with a premium subscription out there possibly post the full list of top trial advocacy programs????

Curious to see if there was any shift...I have a bold prediction that Stetson will lose its number 1 spot next year.

Who cares. These rankings are as useless as the rankings of programs based on IP, International, Tax, etc. All that matters is the school name on the degree. You will get little to no benefit from going to a school based on these rankings. They were put in place to sell magazines and advertisements.

I believe you guys, but could you cite some sources/explain your reasoning? I don't understand how USN ranks by specialty, and would be interested to hear how specious it really is.

1) They don't correlate to better employment outcomes.

2) Rankings are based on faculty rep. Will interacting with preeminent faculty help you get a job? Maybe if you develop a good relationship with one and he puts in a good word for you, but probably not. Furthermore, you won't have get a chance to take many of these classes. Just because you're a 2L doesn't mean you won't want to take "core" type classes like Evidence, Corporations, Admin. Law, or Fed. Courts (if you're in the hunt for clerkship).

3) If you want to work at a firm, the most important round of firm of large and midsize firm recruitment happens after 1L, before you can "specialize."
