Northeastern without a doubt between these three unless you get a significant scholly from Suffolk (I mean almost zero debt at graduation). Don't even consider New England.

With the new scholarship info go to Suffolk...minimizing your debt is much more important than going to the highest ranked school in your situation. I'd also advise you to drop out if you lose the scholarship.
