GULC or UIUC($$$$$)?

Georgetown was a long shot, but I got in! UIUC is offering full tuition, so far Georgetown hasn't said anything about $$$$....headed for public interest....HELP! GULC full price or UIUC for free?

If you want to work in illinois, the probably illinois. If not, the probably GULC.

This, unless you aren't too sure about your desire for PI, then I'd recommend UIUC regardless if you don't mind staying in the midwest.

If PI jobs that you are referring to are prestigious govt. positions, go to G-town, gun hard to give yourself a chance.

If PI jobs that you are referring to are typical non-profit, go to UIUC, graduate debt-free to give your future self a life.

You may still get money at GULC. but Illinois is a great option regardless

The hard part is getting a full-time PI job post-graduation. The DC market is extremely competitive, so Georgetown will not give you much of a leg up there.

Tough one, but I vote UIUC since you have a full-ride and are interested in PI. From what I have heard, PI hiring is focused more on extracurriculars/work experience, rather than school and grades.
