are you guessing that will benefit or hurt them?
I'm guessing/hoping it will benefit them.

i think the most exciting rankings day will be in a couple of years when UC Irvine gets a ranking (probably around Davis and Hastings).

I'm actually kind of hoping a couple schools that waitlisted me tank in the rankings so that maybe their adcom's panic and decide to start pulling off people with above-median LSAT's.

I can see vandy overtaking or tying one of these schools...but I don't know what I'm basing that on

So now that we know the top 10, I'm betting the rest of the T14 is:

11. Duke
12. NU
13. Cornell
14. GULC

Duke over NU because of Duke's new medians. NU over Cornell because I doubt NU would fall that much (if at all). Cornell over GULC because it's GULC.

I agree that 15-17 (and maybe 18?) will be the most interesting.

Well it works in that it shows your clock at 00, but no dice on the rankings.

I bet they come out at 12 est no matter where you are.

Rankings fever is making y'all loopy.

They will come out at midnight EST regardless of what the countdown says. No need to hold your breath- you might pass out!

Whatever. Move to a sensible country like China where there are neither timezones nor Daylight whatsit, and we wouldn't have this problem.

I mean, in the immediate sense, you're probably right. But maybe, just maybe, over many many years the trends in individual schools' rankings could be indicative of the changes in relative quality of schools. But still, maybe probably not.

This line of code from the timer's JS:
timezone:null
Shouldn't say that, it should have a timezone selected. Also, in case anyone was wondering, the code isn't made to show a link at completion there's no way around the deadline.
