If the one who sets the curve sets it a 90 and you get a 70.
If you want to only be #2 at the worst, try boxing. I hear guys end up #2 all time!

I don't know what school you go to but I have never heard of a law school that curves this way.

Its his own private school. The class of 2013 only had 2 people in it so obviously being #2 really sucks and puts you at the bottom of the class.

This is because law schools don't curve, technically, they just fit the grades to a distribution. what that guy is saying is an actual curve based on averages
