I think that it would be very risky to come to ND in your situation. I hate telling people not to come, but I'm not ready to say that ND at sticker is a good investment. You're basically gambling that you'll be in the top 20% in the class for a shot at BigLaw. I realize those numbers are worse at the SoCal schools but at least you'll be in a region you like and with a lot less debt. And yeah, we got hit pretty hard at OCI last year...seems like it may be a little better this fall, but it won't be close to the pre-ITE numbers for a few years I wouldn't think. But, FWIW, most people have said that it is easier to take ND to the west coast than to the east coast.
