Is there a compilation of the rankings dating back to 1987?
wikipedia says 1987 was the first year and they skipped a year in 88. is there a compilation of these ranks dating back to that first one?

This makes you realize how crazy the rankings are. Were Columbia and Chicago actually "bettter" than Harvard in 1990, but not in any year before or after?

They change the formula every once in a while.. The craziest thing is that, under the current formula, its nearly mathematically impossible for any school to pass Yale. They would have to either tremendously cut their class size(Harvard) or raise a ton of money (Stanford) and start spending it on things(not scholarships). Spending per student is the main driving force behind the rankings at the top schools.

interesting to see that it's been 17 years since any of CCN dropped below 6th. those schools really are solidly 4-6, huh?

Not exactly - T14 = the 14 schools that have been ranked, at some point, within the top 10.

That can't be true since Georgetown doesn't appear to ever have been T10. LG -1, buddy.

Wut, I'm pretty sure you just scored a RC -1.
Or LG -1. Who gives a shit, the important thing is that you were wrong.

In fairness, it's something of a misnomer if Top 14 means "Been top 10 at least once". That's lame as tits.

if that's the definition of T14 looks like it'll be a while before T14 changes, huh? when do you think UCLA UT or Vanderbilt will head all the way up to 10 hah
