What is the best law school in the south? Both ranking, prestige, placement, alumni base.

lol @ the use of 'both'

I'd say T10 > Texas > the rest for the south??

My guess would be Duke. UVA is pretty southern, so if you want to consider that a school in the south, then thats another solid choice.

True. But since you have been in Florida for three years, then you should know that Florida's not Southern. At least not the good parts. :)

Florida joke. With most of the inhabitants being northern snow birds, or the descendants of them, most of the state is quite Northern in attitude (except the panhandle and Jacksonville). Granted I been out of the state for quite a while.

I can tell you that Jacksonville is pretty southern to me; red necks everywhere. I am not used to it, so I notice it easily. UF being in Gainsville I am not sure if it is mostly southern or nothern people.

This is credited.
Adu, if you want Southern go visit UGA, USCarolina, Bama, Auburn, or Ole Miss on gameday.

I was thinking southern as far as location not mentality and "culture"; I'm good on the whole UGA lol

The real message here is that people from Florida don't know how to use the quote function.

Edit: well, I guess just one person
