I'm going to Loyola Law in L.A. and I want to live and work in L.A. so I can't be too upset about not applying to those places considering...

I applied to 19 schools and too many of them were safety schools. I think you made a good decision!

And yeah, I'm also really happy with where I'm headed. A simple acceptance from UM or GTown wouldn't have been enough to make me change my mind. Money is pretty neat. But I just feel dumb for giving myself the potential to wonder "what if.."

Not because I would prefer to go there over Illinois, but because it would have been easier for my g/f to find a job there.

Y and H. I had almost no chance of getting in to either (at CCN, I got waitlisted at two and admitted to one), but I should've given it a shot, especially at H.
