Neither school is worth sticker. Market in FL is $110k-$120k, if you can land it. DC and NY are going to be really tough. One of my friend who is a 2L at Emory said that sticker at Emory ITE is an insane risk. OCI outside top 25% was bad bad bad, he told me. I strongly caution against this.
