I like it when University of Pheonix emails me to tell me not only that I have an extention, but a scholarship, but then goes on act offended and guilt trip me for not replying to their last email.

And they are all signed by a woman named Candy. No joke.

THEN I GOT AN EMAIL THAT THEY COULD GIVE ME AND EXTENSION!
