WV jump in the rankings is almost meaningless. Who wants to live in WV anyway?

WVU remains, and will likely always remain a regionally locked school. The upswing in the rankings won't affect its domination in the WV market, or is low standing in pretty much all other markets.

Morgantown is about the only city in West Virginia worth living in...and I'd hate to live in Morgantown forever. My mother lives in Wheeling, and the best part about it is that it's 5 minutes from Ohio, and 15 from Pennsylvania.

Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley have fantastic x-country skiing and decent downhill for the region.
I'm just glad I can drive there from C'ville in 3 hours. :P
