At this point I don't see much difference. I've lived in both Pittsburgh and Philadelphia and would be happy enough settling either place or elsewhere after graduation. I want to pursue a clerkship or PI/Govt work, no biglaw (space law, maybe, but not really).
I'll most likely be eligible for in-state tuition at both schools for 2L/3L. Which means Pitt would be something like 100K in loans and Temple would be 120K in loans total.
Am I missing any important factors? Anyone wish to convince me one way or the other?

Pick where you would rather live - Pittsburgh or Philly. Both are good options in-state for all three years in their respective markets.
