Brooklyn - 30/yr scholarship - top 40%
St. John's - 28/yr scholarship - top half
Rutgers-Newark - 8/yr scholarship + in-state tuition - 3.0
I have no idea about the employment prospects coming out of those schools, but I do know that faced with OCI in august I'm scared shitless. You too may have similar feelings when the time comes, so I would say out of the three go with whichever would be cheaper after factoring in all costs - scholarships/residency effects. As far as the top half, top 40% stuff, multiple students at NU this past weekend told me they thought you could safely count on studying your way into approximately the top 1/3, so if you have the guts then count on that.
