Re: BP decides where you go to law school
so this isn't going very well for me so far.
i have spoken to all the admissions offices about the size of my penis and most of them just hang up, so that factor will not be considered. as for shit law, if you mean running through the streets covered in my own shit, which i paste across my entire body, and screaming commands at pedestrians, then yes this is what i plan to do. which school is best for this?

I personally like Cornell's atmosphere and campus, but I also value Michigan's better prestige (which may help me in a transfer). Cornell's 2009 NLJ250 stat worries me: it seems that when NY firms started to cut positions, they started with Cornell (among the T14) grads. Michigan is a solid T10 with a very stable trend in BigLaw placement.Drew2010 wrote:I think it would be a tough choice.. (and maybe transferring to HYS)
A tiny bit of both actually.
also, it takes balls/guts/naivety to admit aspirations of a transfer to HYS.. congrats

Metra is a commuter train service that transports people from the suburbs to Chicago(and vice versa). It's useful if you want to go to two places on the same line. It's how I'd go downtown if I wanted to from my house in the burbs.Drew2010 wrote:What the hell is the metra, and how useful/useless is it?Desert Fox wrote:Trolling our own thread. in this case it seems my best option is to cover myself in shit paste and burst into UChicago's admissions office with my demand to be admitted. is this right?Drew2010 wrote:I've seen some of those guys in Chicago.. they seem happychamp33 wrote:so this isn't going very well for me so far.

Interesting.. I appreciate the info..D-hops wrote:More expensive than the L, but not Amtrak expensiveDrew2010 wrote:Do you know if it's expensive?
I'm thinking about staying around Chicago after school, so far we like it, but I don't think I could handle living downtown long term. I mean it's nice for now, but I think in a few years it may become annoying.

It depends how far you ride it. Anywhere from 2 dollars to 7. There are monthly passes and shit.Drew2010 wrote:Interesting.. I appreciate the info..D-hops wrote:More expensive than the L, but not Amtrak expensiveDrew2010 wrote:Do you know if it's expensive?
