If it was worth it before the jump, then yes. If it wasn't worth it before the jump, then no.

Well, they have other strong programs as well, but seriously - what the hell is up with COL in DC? I was looking at apartment listings and pretty shitty apartments there cost more than pretty shitty apartments here in NYC. What!?
