Are you getting any scholarship money from any of these, and if so what are the amounts? Also, where do you wish to practice? These are important questions.

It's all about the money. If you have the 35K plus housing at GW, go there...if GW is sticker, then I wouldn't really consider it, and compare the ND and WUSTL offers.
