Taking the LSAT after Submitting a Seat Deposit

Post by lawschooliseasy » Sun Mar 28, 2010 5:56 pm

Is it okay to put a seat deposit down at a school and still register for the June LSAT? I'm not too happy with my options at the moment, but I could live with one or two of them. Is it okay to put a seat deposit down at my best bet, retake the LSAT and duck out if my score improves substantially?

Some schools don't like it, but it is your prerogative to throw away a seat deposit if you so choose.

Yes, but you wont get your seat deposit back... and if you get a good enough score sometimes you can leverage that for more $$ from the school... Im surprised more people dont do it, though its prob because that test is a demon

Yup, I'm considering this myself, but... UGH. I cannot fathom taking that awful awful test again!
