USD or Santa Clara

Hello,
My current interests lie in high technology startups. Santa Clara obviously has a strong reputation in that area, but San Diego is starting a high tech startup clinic this year, so I might be able to get more one-on-one training and hands on experience there. There is the issue of GPA stipulations, but for the sake of argument, let's pretend that I can get it waived or that I'll be in the top 25%. I have legal ties to San Diego as well (not biglaw related).
Both cost $39k/year. Let's also assume I don't care where I live.
