What kind of law do you want to practice?
What scholarships have you gotten? What are the stipulations on them?
Would you be satisfied practicing law in OK long term?
What are your numbers?
What is the total cost of attendance of each? (Tuition + Fees + Cost of living - Scholarship)

If it is as high as I think it is, you'll basically require PI in order to have a shot at paying it off in 10 years after graduation from any of the schools listed, assuming you can get and keep a PI job. CUNY might be the best in this regard, because you can aggressively intern and work during the school year.
Total would be around 100,000
Neither of those schools is worth anywhere near $100k in debt.
