Top Law Schools

Relevant facts:

No scholarship or financial aid at either.
I'm from Chicago and love the city, lots of friends and family there. I also have family in the Bay Area.
I think I want to do some type of sports law but I'm really not sure what type of law I want to practice or where I want to be geographically when I graduate.
I'm currently leaning towards Chicago but Berkeley keeps popping back into my mind.

Have you visited Berkeley. If you grew up in Chicago and went to undergrad in or near Chicago, I'd go to Berkeley. If you've traveled enough and that is not an issue then... I don't know. Look deeper into sports/entertainment law and pick the better program.

The clear choice is Chicago since you love the city, want geographic flexibility, and costs are about the same.
