Career prospects for a JD/MS ACC vs Tax Law

Post by mikeddaqb » Tue Mar 02, 2010 2:44 am

I am debating between Miami and the tax law program with a 70% scholarship or going to Wayne State for free and get a masters in accounting and JD. Can anyone elaborate on career prospects for these options?

I also was accepted to American and University of San Deigo. Also wait-listed at Pepperdine. However didnt get any money for these options.

I was a budget manager in a retail bank for 2 years. For the last 3 years i have been working for an international hedge fund in Risk Management and Finance. I want to leave this area of finance and want to get more involved on the business level.
