OP apparently needs to hang around more golddiggers. Mention your name + the word law school in the same sentence and they become all about it.

Some of my friends from high school are in a touring band on Hopeless Records, so I can empathize with your envy. But, if it's any consolation, the touring life is hell..especially for those bands that aren't huge (i.e. bands from Fearless and Hopeless Records.) One of my other friends toured with them as their tour manager for a year, and now he's back in school studying...pre-law.

As for the chick thing, I think law students/lawyers have an edge over pretty much anyone besides rock stars, so don't feel too bad. When most people think of lawyers, they think of rich assholes in suits that can charmingly mislead an entire room of people, resulting in unjust suffering for the innocent - pretty much any hot girl's dream.
