? Pace is in NYC; their law school is just outside (I believe). It's a nine hour drive from Columbus.

It took me 5 or 6 hours to get to Kent from Rochester.... If you go straight across PA (and everyone knows driving across PA sucks you into some sort of black hole) you're still going to have at least a 10 hour drive. Pace =/= NYC. Pace = westchester bridges and windy roads that don't go where they're supposed to. Driving from Pace to Ohio = crossing a half dozen bodies of water and a gajjilion mountains.
