0L's: Rank practice areas
What is your personal T5 of practice areas? I am curious to see what other 0L folks think they will like. Feel free to add other ones as well.
Here are the options I can think of:
Antitrust
Bankruptcy
Corporate: M&A
Corporate: Hedge Funds/VC
Corporate: Securities
Corporate: Litigation
Criminal Law (Defense or Prosecution)
Entertainment Law
Intellectual Property: Patent Prosecution
Intellectual Property: Soft IP
Intellectual Property: Litigation
Labor/Employment Law
Personal Injury
Public Interest
Real Estate
Tax Law
Trusts & Estates

Engineer here, although I have no interest in patent prosecution:
Soft IP
IP Litigation
Bankruptcy
Antitrust
Healthcare, which I suppose goes under public interest

Every year hundreds of thousands are scalded by Burrito contents containment failure. Every years millions have to take nasty shits from bad (and good) burritos. There is money to be made.ExcitedBlutterance wrote:+1 to Burrito Law... although I think I'm more interested in Burrito LitigationOban wrote:Space Law

Bottom feeders like you are going to wreck the burrito industry in this nation. If nasty shits are harmful, consumers will gravitate away from the burritos responsible for them. The last thing this great nation needs is a new wave of burrito suits which will only serve to make it more difficult for the American worker to produce an American burrito to be consumed by an American eater.Desert Fox wrote:Every year hundreds of thousands are scalded by Burrito contents containment failure.
