When I visited a school, I took a tour and had a little sit down with the dean of admissions. It was basically a session of me asking him questions. It was not an interview and I don't think he asked me a single thing. I only know of a couple schools that actually "interview" students. I didn't have my applications in, and I didn't think it was a big deal. I doubt they would remember me when reading through 99999 applications.
