I have been trying to log into my LSN and it keeps telling me "there is a problem sessions". Anyone know what the deal is with that?

I believe the two they let in had LSATs above the 75th percentile, not sure if it was yield protection.

it means you cleared your cookies while still logged in to LSN. it is a longstanding issue and the only way it can be resolved is by emailing the LSN admins and asking them to fix it.

so I was looking at the academic calendar for UNC next year, and there are a few days listed as "magic days". anyone know what that's about??

GAH - the lady who answered the phone said she couldn't tell me anything, and then told me all the other lines were busy and had been busy for hours with others calling in "like me" wanting to know the status of their apps. I tried to clarify that that wasn't exactly what I was doing, lol. At any rate, she gave me a number to call which went straight to voicemail, so I left a message.

what's with these guys? come on, unc, get it together! it's one thing not to tell my i'm complete for four months, and to let people in late, and everything else. but make sure you don't send the admitted students emails out to the wrong people. it's not that hard. i got in, in the first round (IN FEBRUARY) but i am really, really not impressed. i'm not happy with a school with this level of attention to detail. treat people with some respect. get it right.

Just got both of those emails too...the Admitted Students Day invite then then "please disregard"....I'm tempted to call the dean and just bitch for the hell of it. Why would they do that?! I got so excited only to be let wayyy down.
