I took Dec. but somehow got absolutely slapped around on the games (as in -11 on that section). I did well on LR considering the curve (-4, -0) and ok on RC (-6). My last 5 tests were 168, 167, 169,168,172. I really think I can get a 168 without minimal studying (drill the hell out of games and keep LR where it is.. and hope/pray for RC cause it's either -1 or -5 for me)

I want to go to law school in the next 2 years. I got 165 in Oct 2008 without studying seriously and 162 in Dec.

My thought is february but wanted to see other opinions. I will apply to schools with what I have. If I end up doing a lot better on the test I can defer a year and apply in the fall. The most heartbreaking thing for me would be to wait until June, retake and score a 165/166 or something.. I would feel like I wasted 8 months of my life.

So Feb/June for my last shot?
