Anyone know how UIUC is with this? Most public schools have a quota for in-state. Iowa is 50%, UNC is 70%, U of Georgia is 70% etc.

They state it on their websites. However UIUC does not. Any incite?

Post this question in the admissions thread for UIUC, Dean Pless actively answers questions there
