I was in the shower just now and I thought of a cool idea for a PS (no, I never think about anything other than law school applications these days) and I wanted to see if you guys thought it was as good of an idea as I did.
So, I know that usually people talk about not using quotes in your PS but I have one quote (from a poem, three lines long) that is incredibly meaningful to me. Mostly this is because I feel like it truly represents what I have decided to do with my life - replace the personal problems I have had in the past with a determination to excel and better myself (which has been very successful for me).
Basically my idea was to start with the quote and then connect each line of the poem to my life, in sort of a literary analysis style. I'd use this as a vehicle to discuss the problems I had in the past, my dedication to turning them around, and how this passion shows that I will be a successful law student.
Thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
